Our hosting environment will undergo maintenance during the indicated time. The purpose of this work is to apply and activate software module upgrades on code running on the core and edge routers per the manufacturer's recommendations.
During this maintenance window, you will experience a brief interruption in service while we complete the maintenance activities. Due to the availability of redundant internet providers, end user impact should be limited to a few brief moments of packet loss as routing is updated. Customers may also see some re-convergence during the maintenance window. Customers may experience latency and packet loss intermittently throughout the window.
We expect the period of instability to be approximately 30 minutes long during the window.
