We will be performing scheduled maintenance across our hosting regions from November 16–18, 2026. This maintenance is part of our ongoing efforts to maintain the security, stability, and reliability of the Higher Logic Vanilla platform. During these maintenance windows, community services will be intermittently unavailable for approximately 2–3 hours.
The maintenance will be performed on separate dates for each hosting region: United States: Monday, November 16 - 8:00 PM – 11:00 PM ET Canada: Tuesday, November 17 - 8:00 PM – 11:00 PM ET European Union: Wednesday, November 18 - 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM ET (11:00 PM – 2:00 AM CET) All dates and times are listed in Eastern Time (ET), except where otherwise noted. The EU maintenance window extends into November 19 in Central European Time.
What to Expect * Temporary Service Interruption: Communities hosted in the affected region will be intermittently unavailable during their scheduled maintenance window. * Expected Duration: Maintenance is expected to take approximately 2–3 hours per region. * Service Restoration: Community services will be restored once maintenance has been completed.
Action Required No action is required from community administrators. However, we recommend planning any scheduled community activities or integrations around the maintenance window for your hosting region.
